Injector Line Heaters for use in VO Conversions of Diesel Engines.

These are the most advanced and efficient injector line heaters currently available. However, research and development of injector line heating technology continues. Please check back for improvements and accessory products such as solid state temperature controls, and high temp line heater insulative jackets. Custom kits for small high MPG engines should also be available in the near future.

Currently there are a limited number of units available as demand exceeds production capability.
Since quality is my highest concern, I cannot raise production levels beyond the point where product quality may suffer. As a result delivery may take up to 3 weeks from the time you order them.

The cost is $12.00 per unit with no additional shipping charges.

Product specifications:
Current draw = 12VDC/3 amps
Length of line  required per heater = 3.5" to 5" depending on line diameter.
Wire lead length = 6.25"
Maximum Btu output = 120

One heater is used per injector.
They are self adhesive and are wrapped in a spiral around the injector line as close to the injector as possible. Complete installation directions are included with each order.

In addition to the line heaters themselves a common 12vdc automotive relay, some light gauge insulated wire, and a switch are required for installation. A complete installation kit will be available soon which contains everything required to install your line heaters in a car or light duty diesel truck, but all of the parts needed to do this are commonly available from local auto parts and hardware stores.
